Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Generate new sales leads to establish a business in LCL, FCL, Air, Import & Export. Sell and negotiate services. Responsible for onboarding new customers. Work closely with the team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently Provide follow-up, and customer satisfaction with clients as needed To support other segments by adding new customers.

Monitor and resolve first mile escalations related to pickup delays, failed handovers, or courier misrouting. Act as a point of contact between sellers, courier partners, and internal teams for operational issues. Track daily pickup adherence, ensure shipment readiness from seller end, and escalate non-compliance cases. Coordinate with the category/brand team and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth pickup operations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending optimizations.
