Manage import/export documentation: BL, packing lists, invoices, COO, etc. Ensure compliance with import/export processes and coordinate with CHAs for timely shipment clearance. Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment processes, including LC applications, amendments, and MIS reporting. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts, transportation) and freight forwarders. Provide customers with regular shipment tracking updates. Process import LC applications and review export LCs.
