As a Sales Capability Manager, you will partner with various Business Unit Leads and HR teams to identify and define the sales capability requirements for all channels. Your role will involve collaborating with the Sector Center of Excellence to create, implement, and maintain a top-notch curriculum that incorporates advanced learning techniques. By doing so, you will aim to maximize return on investment and cultivate a world-class selling organization while providing ample career growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include setting up the AMESA Sales Capability Scorecard and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Pathway completions across different training formats such as online, classroom, and VILT. You will be tasked with ensuring continuous enhancement of learning delivery efficiency and effectiveness, as well as measuring the outcomes of learning initiatives including financial and operational results. Additionally, you will work closely with Business Units to adapt the curriculum language for optimization through thorough analysis. Collaborating with sales capability managers, you will drive the execution of the Sales Capability agenda for the Sector and conduct Sales Skills Assessments for Managers and Front Line staff to define proficiency levels for each role within the Sales Force Organization. Your role will also involve managing the implementation of a Sales Capability calendar across all markets within AMESA, supporting the deployment of corporate learning and development initiatives, and harmonizing the Sales Onboarding program to facilitate the License to Sell process. Furthermore, you will lead the governance of various change initiatives and reporting processes, ensuring the successful and consistent deployment of learning programs. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Capability Analytics, Reporting, MIS Management, and Data Analytics.
