We are currently hiring for the position of Curriculum Developer at Podar Education Network for the following subjects: Computer Science Biology STEM / Robotics Location: Lower Parel Experience: Relevant teaching/curriculum development experience preferred. Roles and Responsibilities for franchise schools : Creating folders appropriately to share resources to Poddar schools Managing and sharing of resources for Poddar schools (CBSE & ICSE) Monthly monitoring of resources shared and submitting report on the same Maintaining records and updating all details of Poddar Franchises Creating modules for Orientation of New Schools Planning and coordinating trainings for PCC & PLS Design and deliver trainings Maintain records & reports of the trainings conducted Managing of the file and data base of the publication department by managing the different versions of chapters of different textbooks and workbooks by sorting them and arranging them in the correct folders ensuring correct nomenclature is followed checking that files meet the set guidelines managing the trackers prompt reporting of gaps Expected Competencies : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate use of appropriate and effective techniques in teaching learning Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to think out of the box and be flexible in accepting changes regarding activities. Experience in lesson planning or curriculum development . Must Have skills : Communication, Intermediate level of experience with recent version of Microsoft Suite, such as word, Excel, Power Point, Lesson Planning, Curriculum development, Training delivery, knowledge of publication process.
