Key Responsibilities: 1.Design Visualization & Drawings: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for interior projects using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona. Develop and present design concepts, material boards, and trend-based solutions . 2.Client Interaction & Approvals: Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, present designs, and obtain approvals . Ensure client satisfaction by addressing feedback and making design revisions when necessary. 3.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the 3D visualization and design team to ensure creative and technical excellence. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and review outputs for quality assurance. Guide the team in design principles, material knowledge, and latest industry trends . 4.Project Deliverables: Ensure timely delivery of 3D renders, detailed drawings, design documentation, and material selections . Work closely with the execution team to align on design intent and project delivery. Drive design quality, creativity, and innovation throughout the process. 5.Business & Revenue Contribution: Contribute to design-led revenue generation by producing compelling presentations that win client trust. Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Technical Skills: Expert in 3ds Max (visualization) and V-Ray/Corona (rendering) . Proficiency in AutoCAD (detailed drawings & space planning) . Knowledge of design principles, materials, textures, and current trends . Soft Skills: Strong creative and conceptual design abilities . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Proven ability to handle client interactions and approvals . Experience: 58+ years in interior design visualization, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .
