As an Analog Circuit Design professional at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for implementing Circuit Design of IPs such as LDOs, Band Gap reference, Current Generators, POR, ADC/DACs, PLLs, Oscillators, General Purpose IOs, Temperature sensor, SERDES, PHYs, Die to Die interconnect, High-speed IOs, and more. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, this role also involves leading and architecting circuit design solutions. This position is based in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include managing the product implementation for existing clients by either adding new business or modifying current business processes. You will be in charge of client outreach to initiate the product implementation/migration process and presenting project plans to clients based on the signed contract. Setting client expectations, defining the scope of product migration activities, and educating clients on best practices will also be part of your role. You will need to handle all communication with clients, conduct meetings and conference calls, and ensure accurate reporting of all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager. Facilitating training needs, scheduling client training, and managing multiple projects concurrently with aggressive timelines are essential aspects of this position. Moreover, you will be responsible for tracking and managing client product migration deliverables, gathering client requirements, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues related to client product migration. Ensuring successful hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post product migration, resolving client questions and issues, and keeping the project on track are crucial tasks that you will perform.
