About the Role We are looking for a Biomedical/Service Technician to manage the medical device turnaround process at our Palakkad facility. The role involves device disinfection, basic electronics checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure every device is ready for safe redeployment after each rental cycle. Key Responsibilities Device Turnaround & Maintenance Perform disinfection and cleaning of medical devices as per SOPs. Inspect devices for functional issues after patient usage. Replace components and consumable parts where needed. Conduct routine QC checks and maintain calibration logs. Troubleshooting & Basic Repairs Diagnose control unit electronics issues and perform minor repairs. Coordinate with Bangalore R&D team for advanced repairs or escalations. Perform software/firmware updates if required. Device Deployment Support Responsible for device pickups and installations at hospitals/home-care centers when needed. Deploy new devices / rental devices as per the requirement. Provide basic usage training to nursing staff or caregivers when deploying devices. Documentation & Reporting Maintain service logs, device usage hours, complaints, and interventions. Prepare monthly reports for the operations and product team. Qualifications & Experience B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in servicing medical equipment (e.g., infusion pumps, suction machines, ventilators, patient monitors). Hands-on skills in basic electronics troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Familiarity with hospital infection control practices is a plus. Key Skills Technical aptitude in electronic devices & medical equipment. Good communication skills for hospital coordination. Ability to maintain accurate service documentation. Willingness to travel locally for device pickups/deployments when needed. Salary Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Benefits On-the-job training in advanced medical devices. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position combines strategic business development with technical service excellence, requiring someone who can navigate B2B, B2C, and B2G sales environments while maintaining high-quality service standards. Location: Palakkad, Kerala Experience Required: 1-3 years in medical device sector Region Coverage: South India (Primary focus: Kerala) Reporting to: Head of Business / Regional Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive B2B, B2C, and B2G sales pipelines with measurable outcomes. Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition. Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across customer organizations. Gain deep understanding of market dynamics to support business planning and competitive positioning. Prepare and maintain detailed customer interaction records, follow-up schedules, and other documentations. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base. Assist with regional marketing efforts and report on competitor activities. Support service team in service related activities if required. Develop and maintain exceptionally high customer satisfaction. Train hospital staff, nurses, and technicians on proper device operation and basic troubleshooting and product demonstrations. Essential Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare/technical field. Preferred: MBA in Sales & Marketing or Healthcare Management for strategic and leadership roles. 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology. Fluency in English and Malayalam. Other language abilities are a plus. Excellent proposal writing and presentation capabilities for diverse stakeholder groups.
