Develop a robust process to deliver high-quality drawings and meaningful data for stakeholders. Provide technical support to the manufacturing team for speedy order execution. Continuously learn and upskill self and team to build competitive capabilities. Demonstrate experience in Project Management, 3D Management, and design automation. Proficient in 3D modeling software: Autodesk products (Inventor, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Fusion 360, etc.). Handle key cross-functional projects with Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers. Work effectively with global customers across different time zones. Lead productivity, quality, and cost-reduction projects (TPM | TQM). Implement design automation, PLM, and workflow management processes. Possess proven team-handling experience. Qualification - B. Tech Mechanical with MBA degree will be an added advantage Work Experience - Minimum 14+ years of experience in piping design, fabrication and ceramic manufacturing industries. Team handling exposure is mandatory.
