As our HR Manager , you will be the custodian of our people-first philosophy. This role goes beyond traditional HR it combines policy-building, culture ownership, end-to-end recruitment, and organizational design. What Youll Do HR Strategy & Operations: Design and implement scalable HR strategies, processes, and systems in alignment with business goals Recruitment & On-boarding: Own end-to-end hiring across functions, partner with business heads, manage hiring funnels, and lead on-boarding experiences Policy & Compliance: Draft, refine, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, appraisal frameworks, and grievance redressal systems Culture & Engagement: Drive team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and cultural rituals to foster inclusion, purpose, and performance Performance & Growth: Implement goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KRAs), manage performance reviews, and create career development pathways People Analytics: Maintain accurate HR dashboards, track attrition, analyze engagement data, and provide insights for decision-making People Advocacy: Act as the go-to person for employee welfare, feedback loops, and conflict resolution What Were Looking For 58 years of HR experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies Strong understanding of labor laws, HR tech tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.), and people processes Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and building high-performance teams Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and change management skills Highly structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented with a deep belief in people-first culture Bonus Points Experience in building HR from scratch or scaling HR teams at early-stage startups Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices Certification in HR (SHRM, PHR, etc.) Exposure to remote/distributed team setups Why Join Lorien Were not just building a company were building a mission.
