As the Brand Communication & Editorial Lead at Tilfi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's voice, public image, and narrative direction. With over 5 years of experience in luxury, editorial, brand communications, PR, or cultural programming, you will lead all aspects of brand content creation, from written word and product storytelling to public relations, media presence, and cultural activations. As a core member of the brand's team, you will represent Tilfi at various events, collaborations, and public engagements to influence the brand's perception on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Brand & Editorial Direction: - Refining Tilfi's brand voice across digital, print, and spatial platforms. - Developing and overseeing all editorial content, including collection narratives, essays, interviews, campaign copy, website, and advertising copy. - Managing and supervising in-house and freelance content writers to ensure consistency and depth in storytelling. 2. Brand Representation: - Attending key events, cultural initiatives, partner collaborations, and media opportunities on behalf of the brand. - Engaging in conversations and activities that enhance Tilfi's creative and cultural positioning. - Upholding and communicating the brand's values and perspective with elegance and clarity. 3. Public Relations & Media Strategy: - Creating press materials and brand stories for media outreach, feature placements, and founder profiles. - Cultivating relationships with editors, stylists, and media professionals to enhance the brand's press presence. - Collaborating with leadership and external PR partners to shape Tilfi's public narrative. 4. Cultural Activations & Brand Events: - Conceptualizing in-store experiences, brand activations, cultural collaborations, and installations. - Guiding messaging, visual storytelling, and communication for exhibitions and launches. - Ensuring alignment between product, space, and narrative for a cohesive brand experience. 5. Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: - Aligning communication strategies with broader creative and commercial objectives. - Collaborating with product, design, retail, and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency. - Upholding brand integrity and discretion across all channels and external-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role possesses deep cultural literacy, editorial leadership experience, refined writing and editing skills, and the ability to represent the brand effectively at various forums and events. A strategic thinker with attention to detail and timelines, you will contribute to Tilfi's continued success by driving brand communication and storytelling initiatives.,
