Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Cisco Collaboration Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our innovative IT team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our Cisco Collaboration infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. The candidate should be well-versed in Cisco's Collaboration portfolio, including CUCM, Webex, Webex Calling, CME, and have familiarity with Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Unified Communications Management: Design, configure, and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for efficient call routing and telephony services. Implement and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions for voice and video communication. 2. Webex Collaboration: Configure and manage Cisco Webex collaboration tools, including Webex Meetings and Webex Teams. Ensure the seamless integration of Webex tools with other collaboration platforms. 3. Webex Calling: Design, implement, and support Cisco Webex Calling solutions for efficient cloud-based telephony. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve Webex Calling issues. 4. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME): Configure and manage Cisco CME for small to medium-sized business telephony solutions. Implement and support voice and video communication services on CME. 5. Microsoft Teams Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between Cisco Collaboration tools and Microsoft Teams. Provide expertise on interoperability and best practices for coexistence. Technical Skill Set (Cisco's Collaboration Portfolio): 1. Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Proficiency in configuring and managing CUCM for voice and video communication. Experience with dial plan design and implementation. 2. Webex Collaboration: Configuration and administration of Cisco Webex Meetings and Webex Teams. Troubleshooting and issue resolution for Webex collaboration tools. 3. Webex Calling: Implementation and management of Cisco Webex Calling solutions. Knowledge of cloud-based telephony configurations and administration. 4. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME): Configuration and administration of CME for SMB telephony solutions. Experience with Cisco IP phones and endpoint management on CME. 5. Microsoft Teams Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with Cisco Collaboration tools. Ability to provide guidance on optimizing collaboration experiences between platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Cisco Certified Collaboration Associate (CCNA Collaboration) or equivalent certification is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration roles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working knowledge of DLP, encryption protocols, and BFSI regulations. Certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
