As a Manager (Software) at Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the CUBS system, ensuring its optimization and customization to meet business requirements. You will work collaboratively with domain-centered teams to deliver transformational solutions and services across various industries such as Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services, Communications, Media and Technology, Retail, and more. Your primary technical responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of PICK Basic, including syntax, commands, and structures specific to this language. - Utilizing dynamic arrays and string manipulation in PICK Basic for application development. - Proficiency in MultiValue querying languages like AQL or SQL for MultiValue databases. - Maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing legacy applications developed in PICK Basic. - Debugging PICK Basic applications and CUBS-specific modules to identify and resolve system issues. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Have hands-on experience with CUBS, understanding its architecture, workflows, and functionalities. - Customize the CUBS system based on business requirements, including adding new features, workflows, or reports. - Design, modify, and run reports within the CUBS system using PICK Basic for scripting and data extraction. - Manage data migration tasks, ensuring data integrity through validation checks, error handling, and reconciliation in the CUBS system. Your role will also involve: - Modernizing CUBS processes by enhancing current functionality, developing new capabilities, or migrating to new platforms. - Creating technical manuals, program specifications, and user guides. - Communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on system changes. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
