Role Overview: As a Director of Business Development, your role will involve leading and executing the end-to-end bidding strategy on platforms like Upwork and similar. You will identify high-quality projects, craft compelling proposals, and work closely with the leadership team to set revenue targets and build a strong client pipeline. Monitoring performance metrics, win rates, and optimizing bidding processes will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will build and manage a small team of bidders and sales associates, develop repeatable processes for lead generation and onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in business development and bidding for digital/IT/marketing services. - Deep knowledge of Upwork's platform policies, algorithms, and client behavior. - Strong communication and proposal writing skills. - Demonstrated experience in consistently winning medium-to-high value projects. - Experience in managing international clients and projects. - Team leadership and reporting skills are a strong plus.,
