As an experienced professional in the field of tech publishing or digital media agencies with over 6 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for understanding and effectively communicating how Channel Factory's products and offerings can help clients achieve their marketing objectives. This includes managing client expectations, developing proposal strategies, responding to briefs, and creating media plans to meet client needs. Your role will also involve enhancing client relationships through regular communication, actively upselling to existing clients, and supporting business expansion initiatives as well as handling ad-hoc client requests. To excel in this position, you should ideally have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, along with Google Ads or YouTube certifications. Your exceptional communication, presentation, planning, and sales skills will be crucial in engaging with clients and promoting Channel Factory's services effectively. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and graphs, as well as strong PowerPoint skills for creating pitching decks, will be essential for this role. Additionally, your background in working with agencies and brands, along with a robust network of top-tier advertisers, will be advantageous. A solid understanding of digital and ad-tech, particularly in measurement knowledge, will further strengthen your candidacy.
