As an AV Consultant at Hewshott, you will be an integral part of the client's AV team at one of India's top 15 companies, responsible for AV projects across various industries. Your role will involve: - Gathering requirements from End Users/Customers for AV projects - Designing solutions based on received briefs/requirements - Securing business approval for AV solutions - Presenting final designs to the Collaboration Head/Vendor Management team for quotation - Evaluating technical and commercial proposals from vendors - Coordinating downtime for room/site implementation post PO issuance - Verifying vendor drawings, with intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD preferred - Liaising with CIS/BU Teams for room readiness for AV system deployment - Ensuring timely delivery from vendors as per PO - Coordinating end-to-end project execution with vendors and internal teams - Documenting projects thoroughly throughout their lifecycles - Conducting quality checks on physical installations - Testing and commissioning AV systems - Providing handover to Operations Team/Customer with proper training on system usage - Offering remote 1st level support for maintenance calls - Conducting periodic health checks on AV systems and suggesting improvements - Performing extensive Proof of Concepts (POCs) for latest technologies Qualifications and Certifications preferred: - CTS/CTS-D certification - Microsoft MTR, Poly, Crestron, Extron certifications - Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field - Minimum 5 years experience in AV deployment projects - Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively If required, you may need to visit project sites to troubleshoot issues. The salary range for this position is 14-18 Lacs per annum, subject to experience.,
