CTO/Co-founder

As the CTO and Co-Founder at our early-stage startup, your primary responsibility will be to shape the technology vision and strategy. You will play a crucial role in architecting scalable solutions, leading a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating with the founding team to drive product development and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. - Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-powered personalization platform, from MVP to full-scale deployment. - Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in AI and personalization to inform product strategy and development. - Work closely with the founding team to align technology initiatives with business goals and customer needs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in building and scaling AI-driven platforms, with proficiency in machine learning, data analytics, and software architecture. - Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects in a startup environment. - Passion for startups, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take calculated risks. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
