Your responsibilities will include: - Technical Leadership: Crafting and executing the technology roadmap in line with business goals and scalability. - Product Development: Overseeing the complete development of our AI-powered personalization platform, from MVP to full-scale implementation. - Team Building: Recruiting, guiding, and supervising a skilled engineering team, nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence. - Innovation & R&D: Remaining updated on the latest AI and personalization technologies and trends to inform product strategies. - Collaboration: Working hand in hand with the founding team to synchronize technology endeavors with business objectives and customer requirements.
