CTO_Gen AI Python Developer

In this role as a Python Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled engineers and actively participating in the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on development skills. You will guide the team through complex projects using Agile methodologies to ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and of the highest quality. By providing mentorship, effective communication, and fostering a culture of innovation, you will drive the team to achieve its full potential and deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance. - Oversee design and architecture decisions. - Conduct code and design reviews. - Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on development tasks. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Python, with strong programming skills. - Experience with asyncio and RabbitMQ for asynchronous programming. - Expertise in building asynchronous APIs with FastAPI. - Proficiency in either PostgreSQL or MongoDB for database skills. - Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for container technologies. - Solid understanding of Git for version control. In addition to the essential skills mentioned, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, Vector Databases, and RAG. Experience with data manipulation using Pandas and Jinja for templating, as well as an understanding of AI/ML and data analytics technologies, will be beneficial.
