CTO / Tech Co-founder

As the CTO/Tech Co-founder at Gimon, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our AI-powered exam preparation platform. This is an equity-based founder role where you will have the opportunity to lead the technology aspect of the company from the ground up. **Responsibilities:** - Architect, develop, and launch the AI Quiz Engine MVP, which includes an adaptive question engine. - Lead the product roadmap for the Student app, Teacher dashboard, and Admin portal. - Integrate AI/ML models for adaptive testing, analytics, and generative question creation. - Build and manage a small development team, either internal or outsourced. - Ensure product scalability, data privacy, and performance for more than 5,000 concurrent users. - Collaborate closely with founder Vinay Kumar to align business vision with product execution. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in Full-stack Development using Node.js/Python and React/Next.js. - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow and scikit-learn. - Knowledge of Databases like Postgres, MySQL, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS/GCP/Azure. - Prior experience in EdTech, AI, or adaptive learning platforms would be advantageous. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks, build fast, and iterate. **What You'll Get:** - Equity ownership (15-25%) as a co-founder of Gimon. - Opportunity to lead the technology for a scalable EdTech platform right from Day 1. - Work alongside a founder with a proven track record in the education sector and strong financial backing. - Be part of a mission to impact millions of students across India through AI-powered learning.
