Role & responsibilities Job Title: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) Location: Mumbai Department: Clinical Operations Reports To: Project Manager Job Summary: The CTA will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team in the preparation, conduct, and administration of clinical trials. This position involves working closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure that trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of essential trial documentation, including trial master files, SIV Kit and regulatory binders. Handling and processing of vendor related agreements/payments Coordinate logistics for trial-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes. Support the team in managing trial-related communications with sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Assist in tracking trial progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Help with the preparation and submission of regulatory and ethics committee applications. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into clinical trial management systems.
