We are currently hiring for a position that requires the following qualifications and responsibilities: Requirements: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in handling Healthcare US clients. - Understanding of US visa terms, processes, and employment legal requirements. - Experience working with various Allied and Clinical roles in the healthcare industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to negotiations. - Engage with different Healthcare clients across the US. - Source candidates through various portals based on job descriptions and skill set requirements. - Screen profiles according to job descriptions and ask pertinent questions. - Maintain communication with relevant profiles and build a candidate pool. - Submit suitable profiles to clients while handling other requisitions concurrently.
