CT Surgeon (Adult + Paediatric)

A reputed Super Specialty Hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon (CT Surgeon) with expertise in both Adult and Paediatric surgeries. The role involves performing advanced cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and nursing staff.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain surgical accuracy, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Guide and mentor junior medical staff and surgical teams.
• Participate in clinical audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: MCh / DNB in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in a reputed hospital, preferably in a super specialty setup.
• Proven hands-on experience in adult and pediatric cardiothoracic procedures.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
• Valid medical registration (mandatory).
