Job Summary: We are looking for a Python Automation Tester with Selenium to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Python, and test frameworks like PyTest or Robot Framework to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver . Design and implement test automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar). Perform functional, regression, UI, and end-to-end testing for web applications. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps) . Identify, analyze, and report bugs and issues in collaboration with development teams. Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports . Conduct cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different platforms. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand testing requirements. Utilize APIs and database queries (SQL, REST API testing) for test automation. Continuously improve test strategies, automation scripts, and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in automation testing with Python and Selenium WebDriver . Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or Unittest. Experience in CI/CD integration for test automation. Solid understanding of XPath, CSS Selectors, and DOM structure for web element identification. Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or Python Requests library) . Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and testing lifecycle. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based testing tools (Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) . Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave) . Knowledge of SQL and database testing .
