As a Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications. Additionally, you will participate in design, code, and QA walkthroughs and reviews. It will also be part of your role to develop and review project estimates and assumptions during planning and at key project milestones, validating the development approach and assumptions that underline the project plans and work plans. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development. It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on the Microsoft tech stack, including ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, and SQL Server. You should also possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in React (preferred), Angular or Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SCSS/SASS/LESS. A strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles is required. Experience with Next.js, CI/CD, Azure/AWS would be a plus. Familiarity with CSS methodologies like OOCSS, BEM, and SMACSS is necessary. Additionally, proficiency in unit testing and relevant frameworks such as Jest or Mocha, knowledge of web accessibility and SEO best practices, and previous experience working in a distributed SCRUM team would be beneficial. In terms of skills and abilities, you should possess excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are crucial. Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities are expected, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
