As a qualified candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in development including SDLC. Your proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, as well as strong skills in one or more server-side programming languages like Python, will be essential. Additionally, experience with NoSQL databases, RESTful API design and development, Azure services, and Azure DevOps is required. You should also have a strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure stable and high-performing systems - Assessing and integrating new technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency - Fostering team learning and driving technical knowledge sharing - Maintaining high-quality deliverables through testing and peer code reviews - Recording architectural choices, design principles, and engineering best practices - Guiding and mentoring junior engineers in technical and professional development Preferred skills for this position include proficiency in React JS & Typescript, Redux, Azure DevOps, Flask, FastAPI, problem-solving, communication, No SQL, Azure Cloud (Mandatory), CI/CD pipelines, deployment, Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD, MSAL.js), Session and local storage management, Real-time communication (WebSockets, SignalR), Browser performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching), Web Security Practices (XSS, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy), Web Workers & Multithreading, and Responsive & adaptive UI development for multiple devices/browsers. In addition to the above qualifications and responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You should also demonstrate the capability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
