Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Section 8 Company. Maintain timely and accurate Cash Flow Statement reconciled with Bank Statements. Provide end-to-end support to the CSR team for Finance related areas. Ensure timely release of payments with accurate accounting and applicable TDS. Regularly follow up on Utilization Certificates from the donees and statutory submissions to various statutory authorities. Support Company Secretarial team in ROC compliances for Section 8 company. Prepare and provide inputs for Annual Report of Section 8 Company. Track and compute CSR spends in line with statutory requirements. File Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit Reports, TDS Returns, and GST Returns Coordinate and close statutory as well as internal audits on time. Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances applicable to Section 8 Companies/Trusts. Prepare MIS reports on a monthly basis and create management update presentations. Furnish details and documentation during Income Tax assessments. Support Tax Team as and when required for Income Tax compliances.
