Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Assist in systematic implementation of CSR programmes in compliance to the CSR Rules and policy of the Group. 2. Coordinating with the CSR contributing verticals within the Group and Muthoot FinCorp branches for programme related matters. 3. Coordinating with the CSR partner Organizations/implementing agencies/ service providers from time-to-time WRT project implementation. 4. Assist in project monitoring, reviewing, documenting, reporting etc. of all the CSR projects of MPF. 5. Conducting all Social verifications/ field verification processes in coordination with Muthoot FinCorp branches. 6. Coordinating the desk support/paper works for CSR activities being organized by Muthoot Pappachan Foundation from time to time. 7. Actively take part and support the staff engagement efforts at HO and extend support to people in need. 8. Act as point of contact for the office of MPF/CSR 9. Maintain and update database of relevant CSR programmes and timely reporting. Preferred attributes: A self-motivated person Demonstrates a keen interest in CSR and Sustainability. Skilled in maintaining relationships and partnerships with external organizations and with senior executives. Good communication skills along with the ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders (NGOs, Stakeholders etc.) Good in Report Writing and documentation. Location: Trivandrum Qualification: MSW/MA Rural Management/ Development Studies Experience: 3 Years as Executive/ Assistant Manager position (NGO sector/Social Projects/ CSR)
