Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Team Coach / Fundraising Team Leader to lead and motivate a field fundraising team engaging with the public in malls, corporate offices, residential societies (RWAs), and public spaces . You will drive donor acquisition , build awareness of CBMs mission, and secure both one-time and recurring donations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of field fundraisers across multiple locations. Engage with potential donors in face-to-face fundraising and public outreach campaigns . Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donor acquisition targets . Deliver presentations on CBM’s mission, programs, and social impact. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new fundraising staff. Monitor team performance and submit regular progress reports. Ensure adherence to ethical fundraising and child safeguarding policies. Required Skills & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor acquisition, CSR projects, or sales team leadership . Experience in face-to-face fundraising / street fundraising / NGO fundraising preferred. Strong leadership, people management , and communication skills. Target-driven, with a track record of achieving KPIs. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or donor databases is a plus.
