We are looking for a proficient Teams and SharePoint Administrator with expertise in managing both hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. This role is responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms across hybrid infrastructures, ensuring seamless collaboration and data accessibility whether on-premises or in the cloud. Primary Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online (Modern Experience) administration. Strong knowledge of on-premises SharePoint Server administration (2013, 2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition). Expertise in hybrid SharePoint deployments including Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and identity federation. Experience managing hybrid search , hybrid sites , and hybrid OneDrive integration. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams policies, and SharePoint permissions across environments. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and CSOM for hybrid SharePoint automation.
