Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Noida at CSII India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. They will also be involved in building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs. Sales experience in selling HRMS, CRM, ERP and Finance Modules etc. Qualifications Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation skills Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Experience in managing a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of ERP solutions and software development is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
