SALES EXECUTIVE /TELE CALLERS: - You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and closing the sales deal over calls. A successful tele caller representative must be excellent at communication and must have superior people skills. They should also be comfortable and agreeable to represent the product or services over calls and resolve clients’ complaints and queries. In this role, you have to contribute to the company’s growth by bringing in customers. Responsibilities: · Responsible to generates new Business Leads · Actively contacting Potential Client via Phone · Understanding Client Shipping needs · Achieving Sales Target · Deliver Compelling Presentation & Highlighting the Benefits of our Services · Negotiate concern & Address Customer Concern · Regular Reporting on sales activity · Key Performance Indicator MUST HAVE · Degree/Diploma in Business or an equivalent field. · 2-5 years of experience in Sales within the shipping industry or Supply chain Industry · Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. · Meticulous, outgoing, assertive, and able to meet deadlines. · Ability to multi-task and work independently Skills & Qualification: · Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills · Strong understanding of Logistics Principal · Proven Sales Experience in a Target Driven Environment. · Proficiency in CRM Softwar Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals · Passion for sales & Drive to achieve results · Excellent Listening Skills to understand Customer Requirements.
