Role & responsibilities 1.Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pick & place machines, laser systems, and glue dispensing equipment. 2.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure all machines are running within operational parameters. 3.Provide on-site technical support to production teams, addressing any machine-related issues promptly. 4.Respond to urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime and prevent production delays. 5.Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machine efficiency and reliability. 6.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and any repairs made. 7.Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while working with machines and handling parts. 8.Provide training to machine operators and other team members on proper machine use and safety. 9.Participate in the installation, calibration, and setup of new equipment and machinery. 10.Identify opportunities for machine upgrades or improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. 11.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues on machines and systems.
