CS Promoters & Builders is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts for our exclusive villas and villa plots in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop & implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for villas and villa plots. Execute campaigns across online & offline channels (digital, social media, print, outdoor, events). Generate leads and convert prospects through innovative marketing tactics and relationship building. Conduct competitor analysis and keep abreast of market trends to refine sales approach. Manage inquiries and follow-ups with potential buyers, ensuring high conversion rates. Collaborate with sales team to support promotions, site visits, and client meetings. Coordinate with digital agencies for ad creation, SEO, and social media presence. Organize property exhibitions and roadshows, enhancing brand visibility in the region. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
