Preferred Qualifications: Prior hands-on work with smart contracts (Solidity, Ink!, or similar). Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (zkSNARKs, zkSTARKs) or other advanced crypto protocols. Exposure to CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Active contributor to open-source Rust or blockchain projects.
