Responsibilities: - Drive revenue through Inbound sales initiatives. - Ensure service delivery excellence to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. - Oversee business operations including order management and service level management throughout the order life cycle. - Monitor and ensure that Critical to Quality (CTQ) and Critical to Process (CTP) parameters are met. - Track and escalate any deviations from Turn-Around Time (TAT) and other key metrics. - Develop strategic media plans and deliver consultative presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to brands. - Create and execute sales plans to meet targets, expand the customer base, and foster strong, enduring customer relationships. - Collaborate with top and mid-tier crypto marketing agencies to drive continuous revenue for flagship products. Required skill set: - Profound understanding of Content Sales, programmatic/display advertising, and native ads. - Essential knowledge of the Crypto industry. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts. - Proficiency in digital media performance metrics such as Pageviews, sessions, and bounce rate. - Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. - Understanding of SEO practices including article ranking and Google indexing.,
