As an experienced Crypto Community Manager, you will lead and grow our vibrant online community. Engaging with community members across various platforms, fostering positive relationships, and acting as the voice of our brand. Responsibilities include moderating discussions, answering questions, and curating content that resonates with the audience. Collaboration with marketing, development, and customer support teams is essential to drive engagement and gather feedback for product and service enhancement. Crafting tailored content for social platforms, actively monitoring social channels, fostering discussions, and responding to user queries are part of your role. Building and maintaining relationships with thought leaders and partner projects within the Web3 industry is crucial. Tracking and reporting key metrics such as engagement rate and follower growth, staying updated on emerging trends and community talking points are also key responsibilities. In the process of building a low-latency algorithmic trading system for liquidity provision across decentralized and centralized exchanges, scalability, speed, and uptime requirements are paramount. Dealing with vast amounts of data is part of the challenge. Applicants should possess 2+ years of experience in social media or community management within the web3 space, along with a creative mindset adaptable to industry shifts and viral trends. Knowledge of social media search algorithms, promotion mechanics, community analytics tools, and experience with data-driven growth strategies is required.
