Crusher Supervisor

Location: Site-based (Mining / Crusher Plant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day crusher plant operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of crusher, screens, conveyors, and related equipment
• Manage manpower and shift planning at site
• Monitor production targets, breakdowns, and downtime
• Maintain daily production, diesel, and maintenance reports
• Ensure safety norms and discipline at the site
• Coordinate with site engineer, operators, and maintenance team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Crusher Supervisor
• Experience in mining / stone crusher / aggregate plant
• Knowledge of crusher operations and safety procedures
• Ability to handle manpower and reporting work
• Basic knowledge of daily log sheets and production data

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / Relevant site experience preferred

• As per experience and industry standards
