Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Git-based version control and PR workflows will enable you to streamline deployment workflows effectively. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement features that align with business goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing, debugging, and deployment of enhancements or new features to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications. Your role will also involve maintaining and documenting Salesforce best practices and technical architecture. You will leverage your experience in configuring and managing sandbox environments, as well as your understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, change sets, and deployment automation to drive successful project outcomes. Furthermore, your proven experience in migrating legacy automations to Flow-first architectures and familiarity with security hardening practices such as RBAC, CRUD/FLS validation, health checks, and IRPs will be valuable assets in this role.
