Job Description: You will be joining itravel, a Go Lite IATA travel agency in Kolkata that has been in operation since 2011. As a Ticket Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee ticket sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales activities efficiently, and ensure effective sales management on a daily basis. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. To excel in this role, you should possess a keen knowledge of the CRS system and expertise in booking through all airlines" portals. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with previous experience in domestic ticket reservations. The ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and ticketing systems, and knowledge of the travel industry will be beneficial.
