As the Order Management & Governance specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all order capture methods within the cluster to ensure compliance with COPC operational standards. You will review and address any deviations from system-generated orders, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in alignment with business requirements. Additionally, you will support PAC teams in resolving order-related issues by collaborating with regional sales teams, distributors, and central SPOCs. In the realm of Sales Planning, Execution & CRS Management, you will collaborate with Heads of Sales to collect demand planning inputs, set sales targets, and manage distributor engagement. Your role will involve ensuring CRS compliance, aligning distributor business strategies, and establishing PDP for all CRS distributors in the cluster. Working closely with Logistics and Commercial teams, you will strive to uphold On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance standards. Operational Support & Issue Resolution will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for operational concerns raised by PAC teams. You will be tasked with delivering training programs to distributors to improve operational efficiency and adherence to standards. Your duties will also encompass Process Control & KPI Measurement, where you will oversee order processing compliance for both Traditional Trade (TT) and Organized Trade (OT) channels. Ensuring timely OT appointment capture in OMS to enhance OTIF and service levels for OT customers will be crucial. Monitoring and reporting on various KPIs such as must-bill adherence, range/SKU compliance, CRS adherence, fill rate, and service levels across territories will also fall under your purview.,
