Role Objectives: - Develop and execute creative social media content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. - Support the strategic direction for brand awareness and online engagement. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance client campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Create, write, and edit high-quality posts, captions, stories, reels, and videos across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. - Plan, schedule, and publish content for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and relevance. - Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize content performance. - Monitor social media metrics and generate reports to track growth and engagement. - Respond to comments and messages, growing each brand’s online community - Stay aware of the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices for maximum impact Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (preferred). - Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in popular social media platforms and basic design/photo/video-editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools) - Creativity and a keen eye for visual content suited for the Indian market - Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple brands' social calendars simultaneously Preferred Skills: - Experience with short-form video and reel creation for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn - Understanding of SEO basics and analytics tools for measuring content effectiveness - Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work are a plus Work Mode: Full-time, on-site (Ajmer, Rajasthan).
