Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the complete renovation of our property. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of the project while ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, budget, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of the entire renovation project, from pre-construction to handover. Develop project schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments. Coordinate with hotel operations, design consultants, contractors, vendors, and brand representatives to ensure smooth execution. Ensure that all work is performed to high-quality standards and in line with IHG brand specifications. Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively without impacting hotel operations. Plan and coordinate phased renovation works to minimize disturbance to in-house guests (if hotel is operational). Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and change orders in consultation with consultants and clients. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of long-lead items like FF&E, OS&E, MEP components, etc. Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout all project stages. Ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, and to the desired quality. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing hospitality projects, with at least 2 full renovation projects of luxury or five-star hotels. Strong knowledge of hotel standards, FF&E/OS&E procurement, and MEP services. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and interface with hotel operations. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Budget management and cost control experience is essential. Preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 certification. Experience working with international hotel brands. Knowledge of sustainable design or green building practices is a plus
