We have opening for the position of "Assistant Manager CrossShore Services(Global Delivery Centre)" in Bangalore Working Days : Monday to Friday , 1st Saturday Timings : 9 AM to 6 PM Interview process : 1st round virtual , 2nd round F2F Position Title: AM Division / Department Assurance / Statutory Audit Job Description Assistant Manager-2, CrossShore Services Division Position:: Snapshot Title Assistant Manager – CrossShore Services Division:: SDU Global Consulting – CrossShore Services (Global Delivery Centre) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid - Onsite) Reports to Director – CrossShore Services Purpose Lead day-to-day audit-delivery teams supporting overseas firms Drive knowledge management, quality, and operational excellence, and Help scale the CrossShore platform. Key Responsibilities * Audit Delivery & Client Support * Prepare audit plans and strategy memos for overseas engagements. Execute audit procedures (Ind AS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP) and supervise teams. * Project & Team Management * Plan resources, monitor delivery timelines, and escalate issues proactively. Manage progress reporting and budget adherence. * Operational Excellence & Knowledge Management * Roll out knowledge management initiatives and track impact. Maintain divisional audit manuals, programmes, and engagement templates. * Quality Assurance * Embed updated QC checklists and in-process quality checks to minimise rework. * Business Development Support * Draft proposals, track conversions, and participate in client outreach (webinars, round-tables, etc.). * Learning & Development * Identify skill gaps and run divisional training calendars. Governance & Reporting Ensure complete audit documentation and timesheet compliance. Candidate Profile Qualification: ACCA or CA Experience 5–7 years in statutory audit / global delivery services, including team supervision and client-facing exposure. Technical Skills Strong grasp of Ind AS / IFRS; Proficient in MS Office and audit-support tools (e.g., DataSnipper). Behavioural Skills Analytical, proactive, and self-driven; Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Collaborative team-leader with aptitude for cross-cultural work. Mobility Willing to travel within India or abroad for short-term assignments. Performance Indicators Timely audit deliverywithin agreed budgets and quality thresholds. Quality review scores andreduction in re-work. Knowledge-managementcontributions (templates, trainings, insights). Team engagement &development metrics (L&D participation, retention). Client satisfaction feedback and successful coordination with overseas firms.
