The successful Ad Operations Specialist will consistently manage, service, and execute media studies in a way that ensures an excellent customer experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Lead the setup, implementation, and optimization of complex, cross-media campaigns for key accounts. Ensure the proper integration of multiple platforms and media channels. Client Delivery & Risk Mitigation: Actively monitor campaigns to ensure they meet client KPIs and delivery targets. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to campaign performance. Reporting & Data Analysis: Provide timely and insightful reporting on campaign performance to clients. Interpret and analyze data to optimize campaigns and meet client objectives. Issue Identification & Resolution: Monitor campaigns for early-stage issues and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly. Regularly conduct data checks to ensure campaign accuracy. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, sales account leads, and other internal teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery and alignment with client goals. Documentation & Process Improvement: Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation for campaign processes and best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary updates. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Lead training sessions for new hires and global media teams on campaign management processes, tools, and best practices. Share knowledge and expertise with broader territories within the Global Media Team. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as a key resource for the Global AdOps team, assisting with publisher certifications, technical tag testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM). Gap Analysis & Solutioning: Identify gaps in measurement coverage based on daily experience and client needs. Collaborate with the CRM to develop and implement solutions to address these gaps and ensure comprehensive campaign tracking. Experience & Qualifications 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in digital media analytics, trafficking, or online campaign management, with a focus on cross-platform campaigns. AdTech & Web Analytics Tools: Strong working knowledge of web analytics platforms and ad management systems, including Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, or Flashtalking. Excel Proficiency: Expertise in reporting, data reconciliation, and analysis using Excel. Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge & Skills Technical Knowledge: Developed knowledge of technical, support, or administrative processes, policies, and procedures relevant to digital advertising and campaign management. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve moderately complex issues related to campaign delivery, data integrity, and client needs through experience and resourcefulness. Process Implementation: Skilled in implementing complex procedures and systems, with the ability to provide extended oversight and ensure campaign success. Adaptability & Training: Willingness to take on new challenges, including training new hires and refining processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.,
