You’ve mastered finance at scale. You’ve led audits, wrestled with ERPs, and turned chaos into compliance. Now imagine using that expertise to build a finance system so powerful, it can run — and grow — a billion-dollar education empire without you. This is not your average finance gig. At Trilogy, we’re revolutionizing education through a portfolio of schools, EdTech, and breakthrough curriculum models like 2 Hour Learning — and we need an operator who can match that pace of innovation. You’ll lead the charge in turning our finance function into an AI-powered engine of automation, scale, and surgical precision. This role is about designing a system, not managing a team. You’ll work hands-on inside tools like NetSuite and Ramp — and you’ll identify ways to augment or replace them with smarter, leaner AI solutions. Tuition payments, ESA reimbursements, tax documentation, audits — you’ll ensure every process is airtight and invisible. We’re not looking for someone to “optimize workflows.” We’re looking for someone who deletes them. If you believe most finance teams are bloated by default, and that AI is the antidote, this is your opportunity to prove it. You won’t just learn how we build $1B businesses — you’ll codify the blueprint. And then scale it, again and again. Ready to engineer the future of finance? Apply today. What You Will Be Doing Designing AI-first financial processes that eliminate manual touchpoints across billing, reporting, compliance, and controls Building automations and using LLM tools to replace error-prone human tasks in NetSuite, Ramp, and other finance systems Ensuring mission-critical processes like tuition and ESA payments, tax documentation, and audits run seamlessly and at scale Creating audit-ready financials and reporting flows that can scale across multiple education business lines Continuously iterating and re-architecting finance infrastructure to support $1B+ business units without adding headcount What You Won’t Be Doing Managing a large team of finance staff — this role is about systems, not people Babysitting month-end close cycles or manually approving transactions Accepting existing ERP workflows as “good enough” — you’ll hunt for waste and kill it Delegating the “dirty work” to junior staff — you lead by doing Operating in a steady-state environment — this is rapid scale, not maintenance mode Corporate Financial Controller Key Responsibilities Build a fully autonomous, AI-native finance system capable of powering multiple billion-dollar education ventures with zero manual intervention. Basic Requirements CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA Experience in a finance or accounting role at a $100M+ business Either: 5+ years as an auditor at a top 10 global firm, or audited 5+ times by one Professional experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) Experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a professional capacity Must be located within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones Nice-to-have Requirements Familiarity with K-12 education models in the U.S. (private, charter, ESA programs) Experience building finance automation or AI-driven workflows from scratch Previous exposure to finance operations in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction businesses About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Are you the engineer who cringes at spaghetti code, refuses to accept deployment nightmares, and rolls your eyes at yesterday's development methodologies? Do you see beyond mere programming to envision AI-enhanced systems that make conventional engineering seem like dial-up internet in a fiber-optic world? Then we're speaking your language. While most development teams cautiously dip their toes into AI waters with basic GitHub Copilot assistance, Trilogy is already swimming in the deep end. We've revolutionized our entire development ecosystem with artificial intelligence—from conceptualizing features to hunting bugs, resolving defects, and supercharging performance. This isn't about occasionally leveraging AI tools; it's about fundamentally transforming the software development lifecycle to eliminate inefficiencies, accelerate delivery, and engineer with unprecedented accuracy. Join us to deconstruct established B2B products and resurrect them as sleek, cloud-native applications with AI woven into their DNA. You'll craft AI-enhanced features, deploy sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation systems for automated quality assurance, and ensure flawless releases with our zero-tolerance policy for disruptions. If your idea of engineering involves endless architectural debates rather than shipping exceptional code, look elsewhere. Ready to redefine what's possible in AI-powered software engineering while fast-tracking your expertise in high-performance cloud development? Apply today. But if you're comfortable with manual testing, resistant to automation, or prefer teams that play it safe, this position isn't your match. The digital landscape is expanding at breakneck speed—a constant deluge of content from both human creators and AI systems floods our online spaces every moment. While forums, knowledge bases, community threads, and blogs form the essential fabric of digital platforms, they simultaneously present significant risks. Without proper oversight, these spaces can descend into disorder, damage brand reputation, or expose users to harmful content and misinformation. This challenge exceeds human-only solutions, yet AI alone isn't sophisticated enough to handle it—for now. Enter our revolutionary approach. We're pioneering a new frontier in content integrity by creating a symbiotic relationship between human discernment and generative AI capabilities. In our ecosystem, AI isn't relegated to assistant status or viewed as competition—it's a collaborative partner. Each member of our moderation team works in tandem with cutting-edge GenAI tools to evaluate, categorize, prioritize, and enhance content decisions with unprecedented efficiency. If you're the kind of engineer who gets bored writing the same flaky test cases and maintaining brittle scripts, this role will feel like a jailbreak. We're looking for someone who can wield AI like a weapon in QA. You'll own the creation of intelligent, adaptive test automation frameworks that evolve with the product. You'll use GenAI to do what QA was never allowed to before: simulate edge-case user behaviors, generate stress conditions on the fly, and surface the bugs nobody else knew to look for. Most orgs are stuck chasing regressions and waiting for builds to break. We're building something different. Our team is embedded directly in the product loop, not tacked on at the end. We're automating QA workflows by having GenAI generate test plans, scripts, and even test data from live product requirements. You won't be waiting around for tickets; you'll be building the AI layer that anticipates issues before users ever see them. This isn't a job for someone looking to stick to tried-and-true tools and manual testing rituals. This is QA redefined — built on automated quality analytics, AI-simulated failure scenarios, and real-time test coverage feedback that actually shapes release decisions. You won't be validating someone else's work; you'll be shipping the system that keeps quality from slipping through the cracks. It's fast, it's messy, and it's deeply technical. You'll join a high-velocity, AI-first product team that is focused on building the core of our AI-powered user experience. If you've got the chops to engineer scalable automation frameworks, can think like a detective with code, and aren't afraid to bend AI to your will, apply now! What You Will Be Doing Implement and maintain AI-based test automation frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency Use GenAI tools to analyze testing outcomes, identify patterns in defects, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement Employ GenAI to simulate user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to uncover potential issues before they impact users What You Won’t Be Doing Writing repetitive, manual test cases that could be automated Waiting for bugs to be reported by users or other teams Maintaining legacy QA processes that don't leverage AI capabilities Being siloed away from the development team as an afterthought Quality Assurance Developer Key Responsibilities Enable bug-free, high-performance releases through QA automation using AI tools and quality audits, maintaining the quality of releases Basic Requirements At least 2 years of experience in QA engineering, with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks Experience using or building with GenAI tools for development or QA Nice-to-have Requirements Experience with machine learning or AI model training Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Elite Java Engineers Only: Build the Future of AI-Powered Software You're an engineer who doesn't tolerate bad code, slow deployments, or outdated development practices. You don't just write software—you build AI-driven systems that make traditional engineering look sluggish and inefficient. If that sounds like you, keep reading. Most software teams are still writing code the old way—manual debugging, trial-and-error deployments, and features that barely leverage AI beyond a sprinkle of Copilot suggestions. Trilogy is different. Every part of our development process is infused with AI: feature ideation, bug detection, defect resolution, and performance optimization. This isn't about dabbling in AI tools; this is about fully integrating AI into the software lifecycle to eliminate waste, ship faster, and build with precision. In this role, you will take existing B2B products, break them down, rebuild them as cloud-native applications, and optimize them with AI at every level. You'll be developing and deploying AI-powered features, using cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect detection, and ensuring every release is smooth—zero outages, zero disruptions, zero excuses. If you're looking for a job where you spend weeks debating architecture decisions instead of shipping, this isn't it. What You Will Be Doing Engineer AI-powered detection systems using RAG vector stores to identify, diagnose, and eliminate product defects with precision and speed Architect and deploy next-generation features through AI development agents, transforming legacy B2B products into modern cloud-native applications Drive technical excellence within a global team, delivering enterprise-grade solutions that set new standards for quality and innovation What You Won’t Be Doing Wrestling with infrastructure headaches — our streamlined processes eliminate cumbersome setup and maintenance tasks Wasting time in endless meetings — we prioritize your coding expertise over conference room discussions Writing manual test cases — our AI-augmented testing framework handles routine quality assurance Performing repetitive debugging cycles — our intelligent systems identify root causes faster than traditional methods Java Software Engineer Key Responsibilities Transform B2B software products through AI integration, delivering cloud-native solutions that dramatically improve performance, reliability, and user experience. Basic Requirements 4+ years of professional Java development experience building production-grade server-side web applications Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev) Commitment to integrating AI tools into your development workflow to achieve superior results Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. You're the kind of DevOps engineer who doesn't just keep the lights on; you make sure they never go out in the first place. If your idea of fun is tearing into a tangled mess of legacy infrastructure, designing a more efficient system, and automating away every repetitive task you encounter, then you're in the right place. We're looking for a DevOps and AWS infrastructure expert who thrives in high-stakes environments, where 99.9% uptime is expected. You'll work across a portfolio of acquired products, each with its own quirks, migrating them into a streamlined, scalable AWS ecosystem while building monitoring and automation that actually makes incidents rare. Most companies want you to maintain a single stack. We want you to consolidate and optimize multiple stacks without breaking anything along the way. While others isolate databases, we do the opposite, strategically consolidating them to optimize for cost and management efficiency across our portfolio. This isn't a role for someone who wants to babysit existing infrastructure; it's for someone who sees an inconsistent, fragmented environment and immediately starts designing a better one. You'll own everything from infrastructure migrations to AI-driven automation, performance tuning, database migration, and cost optimization. That means diagnosing and fixing what's broken, planning and executing seamless cloud migrations with near-zero downtime, and automating away half of your own job with AI/ML-powered workflows. You'll have real authority to make infrastructure decisions—no waiting around for approvals from people who don't understand what's actually happening under the hood. If you're an independent problem-solver who thrives on untangling complex systems and making them run flawlessly, this job will be your playground. If you need extensive hand-holding, get overwhelmed by multiple tech stacks, or prefer clean-slate projects over making order from chaos, you're going to hate it here. If you're ready to take ownership of a high-impact infrastructure role with room to build, optimize, and automate at scale, apply now! What You Will Be Doing Planning and executing complex infrastructure changes, including migrations from legacy systems to AWS cloud infrastructure and lift-and-shift migrations Designing and implementing monitoring plans and building automations for monitoring, software deployments, and operational workflows Performing system monitoring, system backups, incident response, database migrations, database configurations, and cost optimization What You Won’t Be Doing Living in Jira and endless status meetings - we value people who can drive solutions, not just track problems Maintaining outdated systems indefinitely - you'll be empowered to drive meaningful improvements Getting blocked by bureaucratic approval chains - you'll have the authority to execute immediate fixes to resolve incidents Getting stuck in narrow technical silos - this role requires both breadth and depth of expertise Fighting for budget to implement critical improvements - we understand the importance of infrastructure investment Cloud Architect Key Responsibilities Drive reliability and standardization of cloud infrastructure across our growing product portfolio by implementing robust monitoring, automation, and AWS best practices. Basic Requirements Deep AWS infrastructure expertise (this is our primary platform - other cloud experience alone won't cut it) Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript for building automation and tooling Experience managing and migrating production databases with multiple engines (including MySql, Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL) Advanced Docker/Kubernetes skills Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) Linux systems administration expertise About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Ready to be the architect of chaos-to-order transformation? We're seeking a DevOps virtuoso who gets an adrenaline rush from turning complex, multi-stack environments into streamlined, automated masterpieces. This isn't your typical "keep the servers running" gig – it's a chance to revolutionize how multiple acquired products operate in the AWS ecosystem. Picture yourself as the mastermind behind a massive infrastructure evolution, where you'll transform disparate systems into a harmonious, efficient machine. While others shy away from complexity, you'll be the one consolidating databases, implementing AI-driven automation, and maintaining stellar uptime across diverse technology landscapes. If you're the type who automates yourself out of repetitive tasks and gets excited about performance optimization, we're speaking your language. This role is perfect for the infrastructure maverick who sees legacy systems not as headaches, but as opportunities for innovation. What You Will Be Doing Orchestrate sophisticated infrastructure transformations, shepherding legacy systems into modern AWS environments with surgical precision Craft intelligent monitoring systems and create automation workflows that make manual interventions a thing of the past Take charge of mission-critical operations including system health monitoring, backup management, database migrations, and strategic cost optimization What You Won’t Be Doing Drowning in endless status updates and meeting marathons - we're about action, not administrative overhead Playing caretaker to legacy systems - you'll be empowered to drive modernization Waiting for approval chains to unblock progress - you'll have the autonomy to make critical decisions Operating in isolation - this role demands a holistic understanding of our technical landscape Begging for resources - we believe in investing in infrastructure excellence Network Engineer Key Responsibilities Spearhead the evolution of our cloud infrastructure ecosystem by implementing cutting-edge monitoring solutions, intelligent automation systems, and AWS best practices across our diverse product portfolio. Basic Requirements Proven AWS expertise that goes beyond surface-level knowledge - this is our core platform Demonstrated mastery of Python or JavaScript for creating robust automation solutions Hands-on experience with multi-engine database management and migration (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL) Expert-level proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes orchestration Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) Advanced Linux systems administration capabilities About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Every second, the internet gets messier. Content floods in from humans and machines alike—some helpful, some harmful, and most of it unstructured. Forums, blogs, knowledge bases, event pages, community threads: these are the lifeblood of digital platforms, but they also carry risk. Left unchecked, they can drift into chaos, compromise brand integrity, or expose users to misinformation and abuse. The scale is too big for humans alone, and AI isn't good enough to do it alone—yet. That's where we come in. Our team is rebuilding content integrity from the ground up by combining human judgment with generative AI. We don't treat AI like a sidekick or a threat. Every moderator on our team works side-by-side with GenAI tools to classify, tag, escalate, and refine content decisions at speed. The edge cases you annotate and the feedback you give train smarter systems, reduce false positives, and make AI moderation meaningfully better with every cycle. This isn't a job where you manually slog through a never-ending moderation queue. It's not an outsourced content cop role. You'll spend your days interacting directly with AI to make decisions, flag patterns, streamline workflows, and make sure the right content sees the light of day. If you're the kind of person who thrives on structured work, enjoys hunting down ambiguity, and finds satisfaction in operational clarity, this job will feel like a control panel for the future of content quality. You'll be joining a team obsessed with platform integrity and operational scale. Your job is to keep the machine running smoothly: managing queues, moderating edge cases, annotating training data, and making feedback loops tighter and faster. If you've used tools like ChatGPT to get real work done—not just writing poems or brainstorming ideas, but actually processing or classifying information—this is your next level. What You Will Be Doing Review and moderate user- and AI-generated content using GenAI tools to enforce platform policies and maintain a safe, high-quality environment Coordinate content workflows across tools and teams, ensuring timely processing, clear tracking, and smooth handoffs Tag edge cases, annotate training data, and provide structured feedback to improve the accuracy and performance of AI moderation systems What You Won’t Be Doing A boring content moderation job focused on manually reviewing of blogpost after blogpost An entry-level admin role with low agency or impact, just checking boxes in a queue AI Content Analyst Key Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement of our AI-human content moderation system by identifying patterns, refining workflows, and providing critical feedback that directly enhances platform integrity and user trust. Basic Requirements At least 1 year of professional work experience Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a professional, academic, or personal productivity context Strong English writing skills Nice-to-have Requirements Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, or platform policy enforcement Background in data labeling, annotation, or training data preparation Familiarity with workflow management tools and structured feedback systems About IgniteTech If you want to work hard at a company where you can grow and be a part of a dynamic team, join IgniteTech!
