The key purpose of the role is to support in defining, developing, and implementing Supply Chain systems, processes, projects, and tools directly related to improving any or all the core aspects of Supply Chain execution. This includes Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for: - Effectively project managing the projects you lead, developing project plans, and identifying critical paths. - Utilizing SharePoint and digital tools for effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders. - Leading initiatives to improve areas such as inventory, Cash Net Working Capital, Customer experience, Delivery reliability, Logistics quality, sustainability, and more. - Building expertise in project management through various learning initiatives. - Developing processes and suggesting improvements with implementation plans to enhance performance across various KPIs. - Providing strong leadership for effective project conclusion and detailed planning activities for initiatives and projects. - Developing supply chain improvement tactics for the region to enhance end-to-end performance and efficiency. - Analyzing root causes of misses in Customer Service, Demand Planning & Supply Planning, and suggesting improvements to existing systems, processes & tools. - Managing projects from start to finish, providing analyses and monthly updates to stakeholders. - Supporting Supply Chain projects by removing bottlenecks and constraints that hinder progress. - Providing operational Supply Chain teams with necessary knowledge and ensuring correct execution through audits. - Developing a continuous improvement mindset within the team and driving initiatives for enhanced performance. - Keeping an eye on possible improvements across supply chain functions and bringing an outside-in perspective. To be a good fit for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an operational supply chain environment with team leadership responsibilities. - A degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Cross-functional understanding in various areas of Supply Chain operations. - Experience in project management and process improvement projects. - Strong communication, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
