As an Associate Manager of Operations at Ankleshwar, your primary focus will be on operation management and understanding its applications on a global scale. Your duties and responsibilities will include overseeing inward and outward planning, managing repacking activities, ensuring compliance with MRD as per outward planning, conducting resource planning, following SOPs for site processes, maintaining documented records of site-related statutory compliances, upholding safety, health, and environment regulations, planning preventive maintenance and handling breakdowns, managing labor, liaising with local authorities, overseeing inventory placement and retrieval, preparing physical inventory reports, and coordinating with various departments such as Sourcing, Risk, QC, Finance, and Logistics. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a science background, possess at least 2 years of experience in operations, have a deep understanding of inventory management and troubleshooting, be knowledgeable about safety, health, and the nature of products (HAZ and NON-HAZ) in a chemical plant/warehouse environment, and be sensitive to product quality requirements. In terms of behavior, you should excel in maintaining smooth industrial relations at sites, demonstrate ownership and commitment, respect, teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
