Qualifications Required: - Education: Masters degree in Transportation/Highway Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of 20+ years in Infrastructure Design Consulting as of May 31, 2025. - International Exposure: At least 10 years of experience in international multi-disciplinary projects, delivering highway/roadway design and modelling tasks. - UK Standards: Strong knowledge of UK design standards (DMRB, local county council). - Design & Build Projects: Proven experience in Design & Build projects. - Professional Certifications: Chartered or internationally recognized professional status (e.g., CEng, MICE, MIHT, MCIWEM). - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Leadership & Strategy: Strong organizational skills with the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making. - Cultural Awareness: Open-minded, conscientious, and excellent communication skills essential for the role. We are seeking an experienced Engineering System Manager to take charge of the strategy, execution, and enhancement of engineering & design software in our Oil & Gas ventures. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, streamlining automation, and cost-efficiency, all while ensuring seamless support across disciplines. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the latest engineering software and industry upgrades for potential adoption. You will collaborate with discipline leaders to optimize software accessibility, licensing, and financial allocations. Leading system administrators and 3D coordinators will be part of your duties to address troubleshooting and ensure standardization. Your mandate will involve spearheading automation and digital projects, such as the Digital Twin concept, to minimize manual hours. It will be essential to oversee software upgrades, validation procedures, and upkeep of records. Engaging with IT and project teams to supply hardware, network, and operational assistance will also be a key aspect. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing departmental and training budgets, establishing KPIs, and monitoring overall performance. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in an Engineering discipline, with a preference for Management qualification.
