The role of the Web Graphic Designer is to deliver strong and clean visual designs. You must have the ability to create eye-catching UI for websites and web applications by following current trends. Your major tasks will include the creation of e-mailers, flash, and other creative visuals. It is important to have strong self-motivation and the ability to work with a team on multiple projects. Your key responsibility areas will include producing graphic elements for websites and mobile solutions, understanding and ensuring brand characteristics and attributes, translating wireframes into visual designs, creating style guides, graphics, logos, banners, and brochures. You should have knowledge of current trends in visual design for web, mobile, desktop, and tablet apps, and collaborate effectively with other departments like sales, product, and technical teams. Requirements for this position include being a graduate or postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in web and graphic designing. Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills are essential. A background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, along with experience in responsive and multi-device design. For Web Designers specifically, experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and Responsive design is a must. You should have a strong knowledge of Photoshop and associated design tools, understand Cross/Mobile Browser compatibility, and have basic knowledge of WordPress. Optional knowledge of Joomla, Drupal, and Magento is a plus.,
