Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes across all PCB manufacturing stages (lamination, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, and final inspection). Lead in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-6012).
